King Records DX
True American Music

This is the website of King Studios, a nonprofit organization founded in 2010 as a collaboration of Xavier University and the Evanston Community Council. It commemorates the unique cultural and social contributions made by historic King Records in the neighborhood of Evanston in Cincinnati. King Studios aims to engage the Evanston community, especially young people, in educational programs that document Evanston’s history and the ways that King Records created a racially integrated workplace and a diverse set of musical traditions. King Studios supports the efforts of the King Legacy Committee. The website was created and is maintained through the generous of the Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile, Jr. Foundation.
